Detox Delight - £38  [1hrs 45mins]

This package is essential for those wanting to detox and shed a few pounds after the excess of Christmas.  This treatment is perfect to help boost any diet as the detox will help to kick start the bodies system and help you to shed those stubborn pounds! The special massage techniques will help to stimulate the bodies lymphatic and digestive system helping with those bloated and sluggish areas. This package is perfect to have as a course of 3 on the lead up to the occasion, but one of these treatments done 2 or 3 days before will make a huge difference in the way you look and feel about yourself.....

First, body brushing will enlighten your senses stimulating the skin, blood circulation and lymphatic circulation.

Then Lymphatic Drainage massage to your back, thighs and buttock area will further stimulate your body’s natural detoxing system and essential oils such as Juniper and Lime will help your body to flush out those toxins!!

A cellulite busting clay mask is then applied to those stubborn areas such as hips and thighs, containing Fennel, Juniper and natural minerals this mask will heat up the area and work on clearing out that build up of toxins which then will eventually result in cellulite. Increasing the circulation in this area is essential and will be a major step to breaking down those toxins!!!

Finally an abdomen massage is performed to help stimulate the colon and get rid of that hard tummy caused by over eating, relieving you of that sluggishness and leave you feeling lighter.

Your ultimate detoxing treatment does not finish here... You will then have a 30 minute revitalising facial combined with detoxing facial massage and acupressure points.. this facial will not only leave you with fresh clean skin ready for anything, but you will walk out with the most fabulous, glowing complexion and all those puffy areas just massaged away!!

Zest  for life - £25  [40mins]

First we start off this stimulating detox treatment with the very effective dry body brushing.
Then we begin by applying heated fresh halves of grapefruit to the skin, the natural citric acids in the fruit will begin to gently exfoliate the skin,
Next the body will be exfoliated with a fresh, organic natural sugar scrub containing essential oils  Basil, Grapefruit and Clary Sage which are amazing for stimulating the body and helping to contour and refine,
After showering we will finish with Full Body Moisturising

Hot Wrap -ture - £34  [1hrs 45mins]

First we will begin with Dry Body Brushing
Then we begin drizzling the fabulous Hot oil onto the skin, the warmth feels amazing and instantly relaxing. The oil will contain Basil, Grapefruit and Clary Sage which are extremely effective and refining and contouring and once the oils are on the skin we will then cocoon your body letting you begin sweating out all of those toxins and as your pores open, your body will then absorb all the essential oils.

While your nicely cocooned we will perform a gorgeous Scalp and facial massage to further relax your body,
To finish we will then massage in any excess oil. Please note we do not shower after this treatment as to get the best results from this treatment you should leave the oils on the skin for at least 8 hours, it is not recommended to book this treatment if you are planning on going out afterwards.

The Ultimate Contour Wrap - £38  [2hrs 15mins]

This fabulous spa treatment will begin with dry body brushing
Then we start on the full body slimming massage. This massage works on all areas of the body, whether it’s your thigh area that’s a little congested and sluggish, or your upper arm area that’s starting to look a little less toned, we use specialist slimming and toning massage movements that are extremely effective, much more effective than applying a “magic” cream, these massage moves are designed to breakdown, drain, and tighten areas of the body.
We then apply a cellulite busting, stimulating mask to the thigh and buttock area, and a firming and toning mask to the tummy and upper arm areas,
While this is working hard we will then perform a delightful pressure point foot massage, aggghhh who said detoxing was hard work!!!
After showering, we will then moisturise the full body
To finish, a lovely cup of detox herbal tea!
